Service Cancellation & Refunds

  • Full Refund Eligibility:  If a service is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled execution, a 100% refund will be processed. 
  • Late Cancellations: If a service is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, partial or no refund may apply based on operational costs already incurred. 
  • How Refunds Are Processed: Refunds will be initiated to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of approval. In case of payment gateway delays, customers are advised to contact their bank or payment provider. 

Returns Handling (for shipped items)

  • If a customer requests a return after shipment, the V-KINNECT support team will assist with return coordination, including communication with vendors or couriers as required. 
  • All return-related courier charges, restocking fees, or penalties, if applicable, will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to V-KINNECT’s error. 

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: 

  • Services already rendered or goods already delivered. 
  • Incorrect information or incomplete delivery instructions provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by customs or third-party logistics beyond our control. – Items restricted, rejected, or held by destination country authorities.
